Bot builder supports different type of messages, which we refer to as bot responses. These responses can be stringed together to form a conversation with outcomes like: * Providing information to the user. * Any Call to action like - Buy button. * Gather requirements - Asking for phone number or email. * Ask for customer support.- User requesting to connect with the customer support team.
